Some employees are back working from the office, at least for few days per week, while others will continue to work remotely indefinitely. Virtual collaboration using digital media became essential business tools. It’s clear virtual meetings are here to stay.

At Segmatek we hold weekly virtual meetings with our employees worldwide. We discuss company strategies, goals, targets, performance updates, and follow up on projects progress. Some of the other topics we discuss include:

In response to the global spread of Corona Virus “COVID-19”, and following the World Health Organization recommendations. SEGMATEK board has activated our Business Continuity Plan in order to ensure safety of our staff and business continuity.

All SEGMATEK offices all over the region have been evacuated in order to avoid the spread between our team members.

Delivery model switched from hybrid model “on-site/remote” into complete 24×7 remote model, where all our staff are working harmoniously, and relying on our collaboration tools towards seamless service delivery.
